I am a Holistic Bodyworker. My education and certifications include:

I am currently in good standing with the CMTO and am a Registered Massage Therapist.

Aside my passion for bodywork and continuing education, I have a fashion design and fine arts background and absolutely love to cook. Other interests include esoteric studies, mythology, psychology, philosophy, meditation, dance, strength training and other forms of movement disciplines. 

​

My approach to the body is very intuitive and I treat each client uniquely. I aim to self-educate and certify myself in many bodywork modalities so I can have them in my tool-belt when needed, as I understand how complex navigating the physical, mental, spiritual body can be. I truly believe that a health problem is never one-sided and there is a whole ecosystem at play that may seemingly manifest as a small or isolated issue. On the contrary, I believe that much of our suffering is a manifestation of an imbalance in each of those areas so my goal is to help connect people to their ailments in order for healing to take place, help balance areas in their life that could be contributing to their issues, and educating the client in how they can be proactive and self aware in their healing process.

I've developed this intuitive healing approach inspire by my own journey in self healing much of my chronic pain, trauma, asthma, allergies, mental illness and more. It has pushed me to seek answers beyond the limited sources of knowledge in our current state of modern western healthcare. This process has been teaching me how deeply layered and complex the human body is, intertwined with our mental and spiritual state. You cannot treat one without assessing the other. Everything is connected and my goal is to help facilitate a healthy integration of the body, mind and spirit.
